Affordability

Families are stretched thin, and I hear it everywhere I go. Utilities are up. Groceries are up. Gas is up. Paychecks aren’t keeping pace. Families are working harder than ever and still struggling to make ends meet.

I know because I’m living it too. I’ve raised kids, am caring for aging parents and watching costs climb month after month.

Property taxes are crushing homeowners across our district, and we can’t keep asking families to pay more while getting less in return. I’ll fight for real relief and fairer solutions so working families can stay in the communities they’ve built.

From electric bills to heating costs to a simple grocery run, everything feels more expensive because it is. We need leaders in Springfield who understand that struggle and are ready to do something about it.
